This Privacy Policy outlines our uncompromising commitment to protecting the critical infrastructural information of our Enterprise E-commerce and SaaS partners, maintaining absolute compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other preeminent global data protection frameworks.

1. Information We Collect

We autonomously collect and process highly specific categories of operational data necessary to sustain our Decentralized AI Infrastructure and Predictive Analytics Engine:

• Account & Registration Data: Corporate email addresses, cryptographic access credentials, and organizational metadata required to provision, authenticate, and secure your API access tunnels.
• Telemetry & Usage Data: Microsecond routing logs, latency metrics, and swarm compute utilization data gathered autonomously from our global array of bare-metal edge nodes.
• B2B Analytics Data: Decentralized ingestion of non-personally identifiable market signals to continually calibrate and refine our proprietary neural LLMs.

2. Decentralized Storage & Data Encryption

MDBOX employs a true zero-trust, decentralized storage architecture across our entire network topology. All sensitive operational data, including API keys, operational metadata, and routing configurations, is secured using military-grade AES-256 encryption at rest and strictly TLS 1.3 in transit. Our swarm compute nodes operate predominantly in volatile memory (RAM), ensuring that transient predictive workloads leave zero residual disk footprints. This cryptographic armoring is natively built into every layer of our routing matrix.

3. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

We fully acknowledge, enforce, and support your absolute data sovereignty rights under the GDPR and CCPA legislative frameworks:

• Right to Access & Portability: You may programmatically request a cryptographically verified export of your organizational execution data at any time.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Upon termination of your Enterprise service tier, all associated data is permanently and irrecoverably purged from our global network.

4. Data Retention Protocols

MDBOX Cloud Analytics enforces strict automated data lifecycle policies. Log files, telemetry data, and temporary execution outputs are subjected to a cryptographic shredding sequence every 72 hours. Accounts completely inactive for a consecutive 90-day period will trigger an automatic organizational offboarding sequence, securely wiping all associated API tokens, billing records, and cached neural pathways from our operational grid. 5. International Data Transfers

Due to the globally distributed and decentralized nature of our swarm compute infrastructure, data packets may rapidly transit across multiple international boundaries, including but not limited to the European Economic Area (EEA), the United States, and dedicated Asia-Pacific availability zones. To guarantee cross-border compliance, we enforce strict Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and binding corporate rules that mandate equivalent, uncompromised levels of data protection regardless of the physical storage vector.

MDBOX explicitly does not sell, rent, or monetize your corporate data. Information is only securely shared with verified infrastructural partners strictly necessary for the provision of our zero-latency routing services.
