Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 2026
By accessing or utilizing MDBOX Cloud Analytics ("MDBOX") decentralized swarm compute and predictive API services, you agree to be bound by these Enterprise Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms strictly govern your access to our global edge routing network and proprietary LLM infrastructure.
1. Enterprise Access & Acceptable Use
MDBOX provides an invite-only, Tier-1 infrastructural service. Access is provisioned strictly for lawful B2B analytics, high-performance decentralized compute, and legal market intelligence operations.
- You agree not to deploy workloads that intentionally disrupt, degrade, or autonomously attack third-party networks (e.g., DDoS).
- You agree to comply with all applicable global laws regarding digital communications, including the CAN-SPAM Act and equivalent regional legislative frameworks.
- Any verified violation of the Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination of API access without the possibility of refund or appeal.
2. API Rate Limits & Resource Allocation
To maintain zero-latency infrastructure for all syndicate members across the globe, MDBOX enforces strict, dynamic rate limiting. Your specific requests-per-second (RPS) threshold, memory allocation, and compute bandwidth are dictated exclusively by your active Enterprise SLA. Exceeding these infrastructural limits will result in standard HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) responses. Circumvention of rate limits via unsanctioned IP rotation or token forging is strictly prohibited.
3. Uptime Guarantees (SLA)
MDBOX mathematically guarantees 99.99% network uptime for our core API, database shards, and edge routing nodes. In the highly unlikely event of an infrastructural failure falling below this absolute threshold, affected Enterprise accounts are eligible for compute credits proportionate to the downtime, as verified purely by our internal system telemetry.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall MDBOX, its parent syndicate, engineers, or its affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, or goodwill, arising from your utilization of our swarm compute network. Our aggregate maximum liability for all claims relating to the service shall not exceed the total amount remitted by you to MDBOX during the three (3) months prior to the incident.
5. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the uncompromising right to suspend or terminate your API access and sever neural links at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if our automated sentinels determine that your workloads pose a security risk to the MDBOX swarm or blatantly violate these Terms.
